The Bracket History of the 64-Team Big Dance (1985-Present)
"The Big Dance", "March Madness", "The House", "The only
tourney that matters" , and many other names refer to the consummate collegiate
sports championship event: The NCAA Basketball National Championship Tournament.
Yet with the growing annual hype, million-dollar bracket contests, office pools,
Cinderellas, glass slippers, "the bubble", and Dick Vitale and his "P-T
Players", nowhere on the net could I find a repository of the 64-team brackets
from all the years of the 64-team Dance. So I had to fill the void. From my
research to your screen - I give you ALL the 64-team brackets. Use them to
research your attempts to win the "Tournament Challenge", "March Mayhem", and
your office pool! Have fun Dancing! Please read the FAQs before peppering me with email.
